For each unique development, please enter the development’s associated community name, sequence number (based on the recorded map and plat), as well as the lot numbers you are seeking rebates for. Lot numbers can be listed in ranges or separated by commas for non-continuous values.
For example, if you sought rebates on lots 1, 2, 3, 10, and 12, you could enter: 1-3, 10, 12.
